Coming Soon!!!

Hey everybody, I just wanted to share this with you because I’m so stinkin’ excited!!! I am adding this freakin’ delicious item to my shop, but I wanted to share it here first. People, these are so ridiculously yummy I can’t even look at them because I will make them and eat them all!!! I will be offering these in my shop soon, so check it out soon, so you don’t miss out!!! What are ask???? GLUTEN FREE MINI CINNAMON ROLLS!!! Here’s how you do it... Filling Recipe: 3/4 C brown sugar 1/2 C butter 2 t cinnamon Melt in sauce pan Icing recipe: 1/2 C cream cheese 1 1/2-2 C powdered sugar 2 T (maybe more, maybe less) milk Microwave cream cheese until soft (only 30 seconds or so) Mix in powdered sugar until smooth. Add milk until shiny and smooth. Don’t water it down too much, you want it to be thick because it will melt some over the warm cinnamon rolls. Is your mouth watering yet??? Pour about a teaspoon of the filling into each muffin cup or tin. Now take your favorite bread recipe, scoop two small scoops on top of the filling. Add another teaspoon of filling onto the dough scoops and then top with two more scoops of dough. Bake @ 400F for about 15-20 min. Tap top of bread, if it sounds hallow, it’s done. Let it cool for about 15 min (if you can stand it ) Then smear with icing and enjoy...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
