Hello all you bloggy friends out there. Here is
my third week's meal plan. I changed things
up a bit, because of schedules & laziness :)
So, here is what we actually had for dinners
& some great recipes!!
Sun: Ate with my parents (ridiculous fish tacos)
I'll get back to you with my dad's insane recipe!!!
Mon: Lasagna (I made my own GF noodles & holy
lasagna it was good!!!) Here's the RECIPE for the
noodles
Tues: My husband was gracious enough to make
dinner!! I wasn't into it :)
Wed: GF Spaghetti & Meatballs
Meatballs & spaghetti sauce RECIPE
Thurs: Chicken & Biscuit pie
RECIPE
The biscuits were super easy & I have now perfected
the GF biscuit!!!!! YAY me
I just subbed the 2 C flour for 1 C rice flour, 1/2 C
cornstarch & 1/2 C Bob's GF Baking Mix
And I subbed 1/3 C flour (in the chicken mix) for
Bob's
Fri: GF Pizza
Sat: Taking Kenz out because her sister is going to
a slumber party :)
